These terms govern your use of RS33 as a registered player in Pakistan. Please read them carefully. By creating an account and using any RS33 service, you agree to everything in this document.
RS33 applies these terms consistently and without exception. Rules are published clearly, bonus conditions are stated upfront, and game outcomes rely on certified RNG systems — not RS33 decisions.
RS33 pays all winnings in Pakistani Rupees with no currency conversion charges. Withdrawal fees, where applicable, are stated clearly in the cashier section before you request a payout.

These terms apply to all RS33 services — casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, poker, Ludo Games, Fishing Games, and all future services added to the platform.
To register and maintain an RS33 account, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:
RS33 takes age verification seriously. Accounts found to belong to under-18 users will be immediately suspended, all funds frozen pending review, and winnings forfeited. Please do not attempt to register if you are below 18.
Each eligible person is permitted to hold exactly one RS33 account. Registering multiple accounts — under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same household — is a violation of RS33's terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances across the duplicate accounts.
When registering on RS33, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and the payment method you intend to use. RS33 reserves the right to request supporting documentation — such as a valid CNIC, NTN, or utility bill — to verify the information provided at registration or at any time thereafter.
Before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, RS33 will conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You will be required to upload a clear photograph or scan of your CNIC (front and back), a selfie for facial comparison, and proof of the payment method used for your most recent deposit. KYC documents are processed within 24 to 72 hours. Withdrawal requests remain on hold until verification is complete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your RS33 login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. RS33 support staff will never ask for your full password. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact RS33 support immediately and your account will be temporarily locked pending investigation.
RS33 accepts deposits via the following Pakistani payment channels: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa or Mastercard debit/credit cards. All deposits are credited to your RS33 wallet in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). RS33 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your RS33 wallet instantly under normal processing conditions. IBFT bank transfers typically credit within one hour on working banking days. Card deposits are processed within minutes subject to your bank's authorisation. If a deposit does not appear in your RS33 wallet within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number.
The minimum deposit on RS33 is Rs 100 for mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa and JazzCash) and Rs 500 for IBFT bank transfers. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the RS33 cashier at the time of deposit. Daily and monthly deposit limits can be set by the player as part of RS33's responsible gaming controls.
RS33 does not charge a fee for deposits. Any charges applied are those of the payment provider on your end. Always check with your mobile wallet or bank if you are unsure about transfer fees from their side.
Deposits made on RS33 must be from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. RS33 will not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a third-party deposit is identified, RS33 will return the funds to the source and may suspend the receiving RS33 account pending investigation.
RS33 processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the verification requirements described in Section 3. Withdrawals can only be sent to accounts registered in the name of the RS33 account holder.
Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are processed within 15 to 30 minutes for verified accounts. IBFT bank transfers are processed within two to four hours during standard banking hours. Card withdrawals may take three to five banking days depending on the issuing bank. RS33 does not guarantee processing times during system maintenance windows or public holidays.
The minimum withdrawal amount on RS33 is Rs 200 for mobile wallet methods and Rs 1,000 for bank transfers. There is no maximum withdrawal per transaction, though larger withdrawals may require additional verification and may be processed in multiple transfers at RS33's discretion.
A withdrawal request submitted while a bonus is active in your RS33 account will be subject to the bonus wagering requirements of that promotion. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in cancellation of the active bonus and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds. Your real-money balance is always withdrawable without restriction.
RS33 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or incomplete KYC verification. Affected players will be notified and given the opportunity to provide clarifying documentation.
RS33 offers welcome bonuses, reload promotions, free tournament entries, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions throughout the year. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the promotion announcement as well as the general bonus conditions in this section.
RS33 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim repeated welcome bonuses, exploiting wagering loopholes, placing low-risk opposing bets to complete wagering requirements without genuine play, and coordinated bonus abuse with other accounts. Players found engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses voided, implicated winnings removed, and their account permanently closed.
All bets and game rounds placed on RS33 are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for checking that the bet details — stake, odds, game parameters, and selection — are correct before confirming. RS33 will not reverse or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances described below.
Sports bets are settled based on official results as published by the relevant governing body. In the event of a discrepancy between RS33's displayed result and the official result, the official result takes precedence and settlement will be corrected accordingly. Casino and Ludo game results are determined by the outcome of that specific game round and cannot be disputed on the basis of alleged RNG unfairness.
RS33 may void a bet or game round in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed without a replacement date within 48 hours; odds or game parameters were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error; or the integrity of the outcome is materially compromised. In all void cases, the stake is returned in full to the player's RS33 wallet.
RS33 applies maximum win limits per bet and per game variant. These limits are displayed on each relevant game page and in the sportsbook interface. Any winnings calculated above the maximum win limit will be capped at the stated maximum. This cap applies per single bet slip or per single game round.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on RS33 and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and possible legal referral:
RS33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account without prior notice where there is reasonable belief that a breach of these terms has occurred. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, RS33 is obligated to retain funds and account information pending investigation and may refer the matter to appropriate authorities.
Players may close their own RS33 account at any time by contacting support@rs33.app. Voluntary account closures with a remaining balance will have the balance returned to the verified payment method on the account after completion of any applicable KYC review. Self-exclusion requests are treated as permanent closures for the duration of the exclusion period specified by the player.
If your RS33 account is suspended and you believe it to be in error, contact support@rs33.app with your account details and a description of the situation. RS33 reviews all account restriction queries within 48 hours.
RS33 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. The platform provides tools to support responsible play and requires players to engage with them honestly if needed. Players are obligated to use RS33 only when they are in a clear mental state, are playing with money they can afford to lose, and are not using gaming as a financial strategy.

These tools are free to use, take effect immediately for restrictions, and are accessible from the account settings without requiring support intervention.
RS33 may proactively contact players exhibiting patterns associated with problem gambling, such as extended uninterrupted session lengths, rapidly increasing deposit amounts, or attempts to reverse a self-exclusion request within a short period. RS33 may enforce deposit limits or cooling-off periods on accounts it identifies as at risk, regardless of whether the player has self-initiated these tools.
RS33 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By accepting these terms, you also accept RS33's Privacy Policy. The full Privacy Policy is available at /privacy-policy.
RS33 uses player data to verify identity, process payments, deliver requested services, detect and prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and communicate service-relevant information. RS33 does not sell personal data to third parties and does not use player data for targeted advertising outside of RS33 platform communications.
RS33 provides its platform on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RS33 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability. RS33 is not liable for: losses resulting from your use of or inability to access the platform; outcomes of games or bets; errors in odds, game parameters, or results that are corrected under the void bet policy; technical failures caused by third-party service providers including payment processors or internet providers.
In no circumstance will RS33's total liability to any individual player exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days prior to the relevant claim. This limitation does not apply to claims arising from RS33's fraud, wilful misconduct, or gross negligence.
Gambling involves financial risk. RS33 does not guarantee that you will win, and past results on any game or betting market do not predict future outcomes. Never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose.
RS33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, RS33 will notify registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notification on the platform. The revised terms will state the effective date clearly at the top of the document.
Continued use of the RS33 platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with a revision, you may close your account before the revision takes effect by contacting support@rs33.app and requesting account closure with balance withdrawal.
